How much sleep do you get in a night.

7 Hrs at the moment would be awesome. Ive handed my notice in at work and have copped a night shift, thanks C@**s, finish @ 01:00 in bed 01:30. Darling daughter woke me at 05:00 wifes gone to work and i'll take the little turd to daycare then go back to sleep. Will have another 3hrs of broken sleep. I feel F@RKED UP!!!
Normally 6-7 hrs is normal

Yeah that stuffs ya !!! I hate that feeling you get for the rest of the day after that!!
