Ummmm regarding the bar.........why? Have a look around mate there are bars 10000000 x better than that. That looks more lime a nudge bar I think

Mate, i'm pretty sure that is a pto winch in the front. Refine your search to include pto winchines bull bar add on.
I would say import version and may have to look at people wrecking a Safari wagon or look over seas.Cheers

Almost certainly an overseas "nudge" bar type thingy. Some of the folks from the Middle East and Asia seem to have them. GU's had them here but I've never seen one on a local Y60.
