Kallen the trip I did last time was from home to Dargo via licola but it took 3 days. Billy Goats is in the licola direction from Dargo but is still 2 hours from licola. We drove from otooles through licola to Talbotville in a day and that was a full day driving.

Really looking like a good family trip..... love it!!!!!!

I am leaving all the planning between Drew and Winnie as I have no idea about this part of the world and only follow the leader when we do trips down that way.

Now I have my day trip out the way I am getting excited ......... wahoo!!!

Bloody oath. Be good to finally put some names to mugs..

Fingers crossed the women get along coz it's one thing wifey is anxious about.

So what's the Great Alpine rd like.
Maps says unsealed major rd.. It's not on google maps.. Don't mind chook tracks, along as it's safe to travel solo..

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
