After reading the comments here the logical thing so far is to strap it to the balcony for the zombie apocalypse or even worse a chronic mutation world epidemic and effect from a cure like will smith in "I am Legend"...lol

It should only take a few mins if you have online access to your credit card statement.. Paypal bills you 2$ and you fill in the description /name of the 2$ fee on paypal to verify you have access to that card if not you will have to wait for a statement to be posted to you then fill it in, you can buy one and just not pay it straight away.
