It should only take a few mins if you have online access to your credit card statement.. Paypal bills you 2$ and you fill in the description /name of the 2$ fee on paypal to verify you have access to that card if not you will have to wait for a statement to be posted to you then fill it in, you can buy one and just not pay it straight away. So I just went and measured my roof rack and I'm not sure if this will fit... Lol!
