    Boost Guage recomendations?

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced boost gauge to suit my 3Litre DID engine, and also where to fit the tubing to the engine please, I checked this out but want to be sure, it currently has a small SAAS gauge plumbed in by previous owner, but the needle is noisy as hell makes a fluttery ticking noise, so I think it is fitted with the wrong gauge

Hey mate. When buying gauges buy quality. The one you linked is more likely of the lesser quality. It's very important to get a good gauge that is accurate. Autron I think they are called seems to be the choice around here. I have a McNally but at $350 it's not cheap. VDO make good gauges too.
Where to plumb it up. Usually just tap into the intercooler pipe somewhere by welding a threaded bung in.

The boost gauge in your link also displays vacuum which is not needed, I would search out one that displays the range of 0 to 30psi boost only which will give you a better scale and more accurate readout. I personally run a Autron gauge which I am very happy with and one of my main considerations was the alarm features. I fitted a barb in the metal elbow inlet pipe to the IC for the boost line.

I initially bought cheapies from ebay, $99 for boost and EGT, the boost flickered and the EGT button broke off after changing the color's the first time. Ended up with some nice digital ones

Just to add to list I use the Auber instruments digital gauges. They are under $100 each delivered with the sensors (either boost or EGT). They have many functions and are simple to use, easy to install and very accurate. Check them out at http://www.auberins.com/index.php?ma...=index&cPath=5
