    Need help on belt tensioner tightening torque zd30

    Hello guys..i recently change my zd30 y61 belt auto tensioner ..i need to know the torque spec for tightening the bolt..ImageUploadedByMotorculture1393466599.201542.jpg

    three dogs has supplied this it was in the search engine top right
    value for the auto belt tensioner is 68-77 Nm
    the value for the auto belt tensioner bracket is 25-28 Nm
    2007 GU 6 /ST-L / MYO8 / DIESEL/AUTO /MOONSTONE /pro vent 200

    out of curiosity? how much was the tensioner as mine is cactus and i have been hitting with dry lube everytime it starts to squeek, cheers G

    Got my eye on this one seems reasonable IMO.
    You can service them with better bearings.
    04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

    I have this exact tensioner from the manufacturer on my patrol now testing it out. So far so good but the bearing is only single row not double like the oem tensioner which kinda concerns me. But we'll see how it goes.

    do you think it would be worth while changing the bearings first them fitting it ??

    I don't think it fits. Even though its only 2mm wider, from memory it wouldn't work in their tensioner.
