Good luck Tonk. The shyte part is you ll be one of the last paid as the bigger creditors come first and the lowly subbie comes last. I had the same thing happen a few years ago and all I got was 5c of the dollar. Wasn't worth it. But money is money and your owed it so as I said mate good luck

yep happens all to often this go broke and start again, one bloke here has done it over and over and over and is still going. put everything in the wifes name and you are all good still live in a flash house drive a merc and have no conscience.

Look it does not affect me at all, it's not my money. Pisses me off though because he is still living in his flash house driving his 200 series land cruiser while his wife still drives around in her clubsport.
