Im on a PC it lets me open the first link, but when it pops up and says click link below to download manual it wont let me click on the link.

What does the PDF open with? Acrobat or embedded viewer or an app or something else.
I just tried mine and works fine when the PDF is opened in Acrobat..

Hmm, never heard of it...LOL Have you got Acrobat reader?? Try that, If not download a free version... make sure you untick the mcafee installer
