Broken hydraulic ram, the sheared both bolts in the part.
Soooooo.. Chase down the spare and change to whole f-in unit..
About to flog some fitters who use loctite on a fine thread stud...

i have just spent the last 6 hours doing paperwork trying to get things fixed in my area but pretty much have been told 'good luck' we don't do preventative maintenence in your area we wait for breakdowns only

Yea we do a bit if both, but in shift is break downs. We shut down Thursday so it's pretty much patch until then..

Paperwork. Augh. I gotta do mine soon. Been really slack this year..

Just did my own performance evaluation. That is a different thing to have to do. Not used to it normally in the building industry it's 'oi slacker get moving' or ' great job mate' not this it's how are going , where do you see yourself in a year, how do you feel your progressing. That kind of stuff
