I would think the bolt holes would be there , the centre console may be a problem though

It will go straight in. The handbrake lever goes between the 2 seats as its a 3/4 seat. You will lose your centre console and the handbrake and gearstick surrounds are different but you could run without them.

Cuppa rings a bell as he recently fitted bucket seats to his ute,
