    Lift questions

Hey guys. I have a '99 patrol Ti 4.5 petrol and at present it is on standard suspension. Springs etc are good but am wondering about options to lift it 2". I run 265 x 75 x 16 tyres currently.

At what height would brake lines etc need to be extended? Im thinking 2" wont creqte any hassles?

And finally the pros / cons of suspension vs lift blocks.

Thanks guys. I look forward to hearing your experiences.

    Chris

2" lift is springs and shocks. 3" plus is where you start having to extend brake lines, fit drop boxes, longer panhards e.t.c

Plenty of threads on how to for a 2" lift yourself

    Chris,

No need for extended brake lines in a 2inch lift.....

    Just springs and shocks.

I would change the springs rather than adding spacers, as you will get a better ride from the new longer springs. Depending on how you like it, you can either get constant rate, or progressive rate which will be a little softer unladenl
