how does the 2.8 go i hear there reliable just gutless

Its not a rocket ship by far, but it goes better then my wife's great wall

A few mods and the 2.8 goes alot better (exhaust, egr block, butterfly removal, boost etc)

I had a look at my recovery gear today, unfortunately i threw out the old winch snap extension and the old tree trunk protector!

Mate, i will be hanging onto my accessories for the new Patrol. I am going to swap back my current suspension to the old factory set-up that i still have.

So I bought a snorkel for the car, its a rip off of some brand, was happy that it only set me back $105 delivered to the local freight company.

So this afternoon decided to cut the holes out in the guard and the inner guard for installation!






Then tonight I was motivated so played around and got to around 80% finished.....








ps the grey stuff around the hole is just my sloppy (read: lazy) priming
