I'd have to look at the Track Log, i was following the leader. I was the second car through the water, by the next car it was fully dark. and the last cars it was Black as Night gets.

Funny, each time those vids start i have just got back in the car from a fair Hill climb on foot and am out of breath. That river crossing was Ballsy mate, you could not see the exit from the entrance even on foot and there was logs in the river everywhere.

I remember standing there as second car down a track there was really no reverse out of. we had literally 3 minutes of day light and had to make the decision NOW. "In or Out!??" Farkit! IN! GO!! Now!

    Come what may!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
