Here they are. Not sure what variety they are. Hey grew them over in Launceston. Pretty hot and dry climate in summer. He dried them out by stringing them up with wire. I'm not a machine like you growler but I can eat jalapenos ok. These pictured are bloody hot to me though! Lol I reckon he nailed it with the way they are dried. They are flexy and chewy not dry and powdery.
EDIT: I'm talking about the ones on the right.
