Those fridges are apparently very good and work really well. Haven't found any travel covers for them though.

Looks very much like the Primus Mammoth Dualzone Fridge/Freezers. They are nice bits of gear. I have the 92L Dual zone. That was $1400.
Worth buying at $700.
Those solar showers above the 100ltr look like a good deal.
