Ow I'm all for a nice cut of beef medium rare.. just the grain of the cut looked messy.. ill be sure to photo one of my uncle's steaks.. hands down the best chief for steaks...

Oooooo that's a big call when commenting against king island beef! Lol.
Growlers, was that really king island steak!? Geez you went a long way for that! I like how you can get what most would call luxury from a lady on the beach ( seafood BBQ sticks) but what they have in their top notch restaurant is good old beef. Yep they have worked out what true luxury is:-)
And yes I just finished eating a scotch fillet cape grim steak sandwich (nw tas, right near king island and some would say better than K. I. Beef) mmmmm:-)

Lol, yeah that's what I get for not reading. Yeah cape grim is friggen awesome. If blind folded, I reckon you'd be hard pressed to pick em apart.
