Search "second glove box" and you should come up with a great DIY thread that was recently put together by a member.

They took advantage of the void in the passenger side dash in cars without a passenger side air bag. If you have 2 air bags you can't do it mate

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Sorry if I'm a little too late with my reply, but you can put a second glove box where the passenger airbag would go (as long as you don't have it there) on a GU from www.consoles.com.au... I've got one in my 98 2.8td wagon, had it 7yrs now - worth it's weight in gold - about to get anothery for the GU 4.2td...

Mutley I'd have to disagree with you there mate. I first bought that same kit. Once it arrived I was astonished first on how small it is and second, what little components come in the kit for the money you pay for it. But buying this kit kinda made me decided to do and complete my own custom glove box. Plus it cost a quarter of the price of the consoles unit. I ended up selling my Consoles kit I bought so I got my money back on it.

I'd agree with Mudski. Too small. I wanted a space I could store my ipad in.
