    Awesome mate! Most of the bargains I have got on eBay have been by people that list them badly.

    For him to list them that way he deserves to not get paid for them. Just silly! Who does that!

    Yes in the ARB catalogue that are around the $1800 a set so very nice pickup mate. Does he list them as needing a rebuild or he sold the car or something?
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    I was there and it still makes my spine tingle. It's the same sound mine made the very first time I took it out after buying it. (Misses was not pleased).

    So the latest update and let this be a lesson to you.....

    So my shudder was still there but this morning before heading off to work I changed the oil in the rear lsd and the shudder is gone.

    I hope I have not spoken to soon but usually after driving from home to toorak and back home again the shudder would be so bad it would shake the whole car when turning. ..

    Lets see how it goes.

    Yeah it was not the greatest of feelings when it went bang!!!

    I was thinking about it today while watching some footage of the Woods Point trip and glad it did not happend during our epic switch back climb... would have been tough going getting out of there.

    I was under my car with a screwdriver still taking concrete type mud off from the rear diff..... I washed my car on the way home that day it happened and I am so glad I did as this mud was like nothing else.

    Hate to think how hard it would have been if I had left it a couple of days.

    That car wash place in Broadford has a kickass pressure washer.

    It took me nearly 4 1/2 hrs to clean my car from to to bottom and don't think I got everything off.
