What are you looking at that's rebuildable in your price range? Rebuildable is nice but if your setup is right then a good quality shock should last beyond 100,000kms without any trouble. Buy junk and your replacing at 20,000kms

Hey darren, youre not a fan of the adjustable Ranchos? Is it because they wear out quick or are they just rubbish? I have a sneaky suspicion that those tough dog adjustables are the same shock just rebranded. Is this true? a mate has the tough dogs and they look like a good thing. (we dont do big flex slow rock crawling, more like faster stiff mud ruts and a bit of bouncing)
