taking 4 fishing rods to cape york 2 surf rods and 2 short spinning rods, but how to carry them up there with out breaking them and with out having them in my way also need to be able to access them quickly if an oppertunity arises to have a quick fish. what to do? got an idea from one of torques 4x4 clients who had the small rods fitted to the front of the lad barrier in behind the back seats. so with idea in mind it was of to Charlton fishing at red bank and we hit the jack pot with a set of Berkly lock ring road holders which are now fitted to the front of my load barrier behind the back seat and yes i have included some pictures of how it all looks now it is fitted. tomorrow it is off to masters to buy some PVC and then clark rubber to build a set rod tubes for the roof rack will p[ost up photos after they are done
