Just received word that our tenants in Noosa are moving out early, with our blessings. Advised them that we would be moving into our home there in October, when the lease was due to end, and that if they found somewhere else before October that we were happy to release them from the lease.
Got an email today saying that they'd found a place and would be moving in 2 weeks.
A few frantic phone calls later and we are set to move out of Bathurst on June 3rd
House here hasn't sold yet but we'd rather sell this empty and be living in Noosa than leave Noosa empty and spend another winter in Bathurst
