    Now my question is IF the car is in good condition otherwise would get it inspected and came back ok except for these things would you by one with a defect notice??

    Buyer beware.

    Trust me, the vehicle examiners don't just look at the stuff that's on the yellow sticker.

    They start their from the front number plate and work their way back to the back tow ball. Have a REALLY GOOD LOOK at the link.
