    Hi mate - you wouldn't have the measurements you used for the drawers?
    Where did you get your canvas made bud?

    hey mate, im away with work atm but ill send ya a pm with measurments when i get back home, i got the canvas made at shelbourne canvas and saddlery near bendigo, cost $1000!

    Do you know how much the bottom frame weighs - the one that sits on the tray?

    gday mate, sorry its takin a while to respond!

    the bottom frame is made out of 40x40x1.7 steel, i have no idea how much it weighs sorry mate but its not light with the ply on it too!

    the deminsions of tbe bottom frame are just suited to the tray that come with the ute!

    its 1920mm wide 2280 long and 280 high, a double bed fits perfect across the tray!
