    EGT probe installation

Any tips on installing an EGT probe before I launch into it? Any gotchas removing / installing the exhaust pipe? Drill and tap the pipe for the probe or drill and weld on a nut? Cheers.

Drill and weld on a nut Hesso . 50mm away from turbo outlet / flange is the ideal .
The price of excellence is dicipline , the cost of mediocrity is dissapointment .

Welding a nut on is the best option, when I installed mine I needed it done quick so I just drilled and taped mine and it has been sweet doesn't even look like it will ever wrk loose
