great read and pics, you certainly seem to love the patrol's.

Im running 3inch intercooler pipes all the way. im buying the stainless bends and cutting into shape, and the fella that made my snorkel is welding them, it will look better if he does it.
So pulled bullbar back off,
iv flipped the power steering cooler, mounted it behind Intercooler. and just run flexy pipe to the pump i got from enzed
i got new brackets made up to mount cooler a few mm further forward and higher. cooler is now in its final position.
all AC lines cleared perfectly, its bang in the middle, as high as possible and a good depth forward/back.
Next step is to cut the bullbar brackets some more thisavo to get it to clear the 3in cooler pipework. then ill start chopping holes to run the pipes through the Rad support panels.
Iv already taken the PS pipes outta the way and horns etc, shouldnt be to hard.
What you reckon? cut the entire wings off or just cut holes?
Wings off i rekon
IF YA DONT GET STUCK YA AINT TRYIN HARD ENOUGH........OR YA TOOK THE CHICKEN TRACK![]()
WARNING: TOWBALLS USED WITH SNATCHSTRAPS DO KILL!!
If it was mine i would cut holes,a pain in the butt, seems like you have it sorted
are you sure your far enough forward for any debris to clear or be cleared
between the rad and cooler,i know you like mud is this going to be a problem with the cooler
PS cooler now mounted behind Intercooler. and set in its final position. very close to winch. very close to air-con line on drivers side. good height. should have maximum airflow.![]()
