Hi guys, my father owns his own business in leather restoration, specializing in leather furniture repairs, re sprays, full restoration, cleaning, and DIY kits. The work he does is both automotive and home furniture but the main market is in furniture.
Just a bump for this thread. I pickup up my leather steering wheel from Corey's dad today. I was thinking of getting it recovered but was quoted $450 to recover it by a automotive upholsterer!!! So I got it restored instead. WOW!!! Is all I can say! It looks like its been recovered. All of the scratches and marks in the leather are somehow not there and the whole wheel has been recoloured.
Bloody amazing work.
