DVD Screen and player

Wanted something for the kids to do while travelling distance.
Got a new roof mounted monitor and installed that.
A week or so later discovered JB HIfi having a massive sale.
Scored this Double DIN touch screen DVD, MP3, Iphone blah blah DVD player for about $300 off rrp.
Discovered the wiring in my car is different colours to that in the manual I had, and the ones I could get hold of. Lay-out was different for some reason but a bit of testing sorted that issue.
Soldered in, mounted.
NOTE: the antenna has a different connection. It has a normal antenna connection at the left hand kick panel thanks to a mbr on this forum.
Cheaper buying that extension than the Nissan one by more than $15.
Install pics are gone, as my hard-drive $hat itself.
Lost about 30Gb of family pics and DIY. Annoyed

Sony Xplod and RRP somewhere about $799. Got it far cheaper.
Its a nice unit and has heaps of techy stuff I don't need, but most importantly, it plays DVDs and hard drives, MP3s, connects to stuff using USB etc etc
Roof console came from Repco, not sure of brand but cost me $50 cash. Its only a monitor with LEDs in it, but suitable for the price.
