Cutting monster's... 600-700mm diameter.. and most have been flaired down to 700...


That's a 700 with twin 50mm wing boards off either side.. and as I was writing this we had the first mass jam up of the night... 4 pm and the operator is already asleep...:banghead:

Na, just got back from a 2hour call out.. production screaming at me, electrical blaming machanical.. went over the whole unit 10 times and tried new saws, adjusting pressures, adjusting heights...
Yep, then it just worked.. well not really, the lecky found a loose wire...

Well that's crap. Lol. I know what you mean about not touching anything when it s just a button I have the same at work not allowed to touch a spanner or reset a tripped conveyor have to wait for the shift sparky or fitter to sort it.

Big change from being a chippy I can tell you.

You ve got the weekends off though don't you?
