Filled in the side panels with 4mm conveyor belt
Washed out the radiator and it now runs down around 1/4 on the temp gauge compared to half before. And the fan doesn't engage... Welcome back power...
But did notice some fairly bad fin corrosion on the main radiator.. looks like that's being replaced in the overhaul now to.. will assess once out..

Now has been running like a swiss watch after Boots came over and NADDED Neville the Nissan.
Since then been tweaking things bit by bit and now running like a swiss watch.
