    Mk turbo

    Hey everyone just need a hand up I won't to turbo the sd33 standard I'm putting the turbo from the sd33t anything I should no about and how should i do this ? Thanks
    I have never done this type off mechanical thing before
    mk patrol sd 33turbo diesel, bullbar, roof racks, driving lights, efs 2 inch lift, 35" Federals, Rear qtr chop.33" led lightbar..

    Hey Ferret,

    Not sure about SD33's but if you have to change the exhaust manifold, make sure you spend a couple of days before hand spraying the manfold studs and nuts with a bit of WD40 or something similar it will help avoiding broken studs.

    Fairly common conversion .....
    What parts have you got so far ???
    Youll need,turbo manifolds,inlet manifolds,there different,the injection pump is bigger on the turbo motors,but many run the n/a pump
    The exhaust will need moding, the exhaust flange is further back on the turbo motor to the n/a motor
    Theres a few on patrol4x4 who have done it, but many prefer to swap the n/a motors for the turbo motors,there a better donk to begin with
