    Show us your sway bar!

    hey guys

    i have a series 1 GU and i am currently doing a engine conversion on it. but the sway bar will hit my exhaust

    i have seen white line sway bars and in there adds they look a lot straighter then what i have

    just wanting to know if any body has got a after market sway bar on the front or if you have a newer series gu

    if you could put a pic up of your sway bar that would be grate

    go to the wreckers & get a GU swaybar to suit that motor

    might be easier to modify the exhaust
    01 gu td4.2t wagon factory turbo 2" lift, 3" exhaust,snorkel,awning,uhf,egt & boost gauges,16"black round hole dynamic rims with 285 bighorns with more to come, ,air compressor,rear led work lights,winch, ready to fit up

    you dont need the front one anyways, good shocks will do the job just as well

    Legally you do. Have a stack, even if its not your fault and they find no sway bar, good luck in getting covered from your insurance, or the others... Plus they drive like a boat without it. I took mine off last week to remove the gearbox and haven't put it back on as I want to get new bushes for it, and I can't wait to put it back on.

    I hear you on how they drive - but not sure how many assessors will find a sway bar missing. You could always argue it "fell off" in the incident. And I'm just joking too!
