I was going to bring some community items like camp ovens etc, my mate and I will bring our Tarp.
which is great for preping food under, and of course will bring some toys to showcase what i can,
make. so the way I figure it everyone has there one eating gear I just need to bring some camp overs and beef stock
and Plenty of camp lighting dimmers and Batteries, If you need onything else at all please let me know as early as poss
Sorry if I sound like a lazy feck, but this is my first ever meet with any sort of group. So I just thought I would bring my own stuff since I'm only there for a night. I don't really know what to do... By the sounds of it Saturday night will be the feast night anyhow as Friday night people will still be turning up.
As for the people who will be turning up in the dark, just look for the city lights in the bush from threedogs' setup I have my two light sticks I made aswell.
The pic doesn't do it justice. Theres are more than enough light there, even with jut one of them on... The centre one is diffused and the side one not.

Geez, all the talk about utensils, posts, pans, ovens, etc, etc.

This is what I usually bring first as it gets a work out, the rest doesn't get used too much

This would have been an excellent opportunity to catch up and try out the new toy.
Unfortunately the youngest is getting married that Saturday and as I'll have to make a speech I'm sure it will be noticed if I don't turn up.
    Enjoy the meet.
    Cheers

Yo 3dogs bit confused, so you staying for the 2 nights now? That's when the feast is planned for. But maybe we'd be better off doing it Friday night as sounds like there will be more people (plus master chef 3dogs)
