    Diesel Smart Nissan Patrol

    Hey Guys,

we had a customer pop back in after doing around 1000 k's in his patrol to tell us how happy he was with the result. We decided to take a video and ask him some questions.

    Check it out!

He was extremely happy with what we've done for him and has give him the love for his nissan patrol back!

Guys, I can personally vouch for this lot. They sell a good product and have a great back up service. I have there module and it makes a big difference to both fuel econ and power. I will be calling you guys again soon to see what can be done about the turbo lag. Diesel smart have given me great mid to high rev range power but the trol is a snail down low. Damb Nissan

    Hey Steve,

we have some new products we would like you to try. I will arrange for them to get down to insight motorsports once they get into stock (should be about 2 weeks). I think you will be in for a nice surprise

Since this is in vendor section I would like to add a few points if I may.
I did a lot of research into chips verse modules and quite honestly it came down to steinbauer or diesel smart. It is simple. Chips operate by increasing rail presure and or increasing fuel pump presures. They have to bypass the in built safety on the fuel rail by pluging the presure relief valve. CRD diesels run at about 20,000lb presure, chips increase upto 25-30,000lb. This places huge amounts of strain on injectors which can cause them to break off and end up going through a piston. That is expensive. Not to mention fuel pumps.Modules operate by changing timing of the opening, closing and duration of the injector opening. These modules plug onto each injector. This allow much better and safe increases to performance and fuel ecconomy with out sacrificing the built in mechanical safety from manufacturer. I only went with diesel smart because there were a couple of extra features over stienbauer and I am sick of ARB ripping me off.
Note. I am not affiliated with diesel smart at all, just a happy customer.
