Just over 200,000 and i only had it for the last 25,000 so i dont know how it was used in the past.

That is a good link. Im doing this to my GQ tomorrow, I have 2 roadrunner offroad shims which are .7mm each. I will be only using one buy the looks of things. Hopefully it does not lock solid!
