Coupla years ago Santa's helpers got bogged on the mud flats and I had to rescue them and keep them at my place for a few days LOLDon't tell us anything Kris, just find those pics and repost them for us
I'm only getting rid of the dinghy as I have bought a two story houseboat, gunna rent it out fer a grand a week,
so bookings are now being taken for the coming summer.

Like the houseboat idea, is that a spa bath up top or an esky for the beers????

It's a 500 gallon water tank to feed the spa, showers and the pool, you will need to bring yer own water, as the houseboat sleeps 25 people, all showering takes a lot of water lol
