Thanks everyone for your support. Just changed a few people over this morning.
I really stuffed up on the organisation of forum sponsors but I do know that we started back in September 2011.
I can look back to when members first joined that usergroup and just manually go through each one when the time comes for renewal.
Hey.
As per my previous suggestion, how about the 'voluntary renewal' start for all of us on 01st of September - the 1st day of spring.
You thought of doing it on the day of joining is commendable. There's a damn lot of work going through each member and it will be very time consuming for you, not me. lol
Food for thought - a blanket, across the board - 01 September - 'yearly renewal'.

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward.
Whoever cannot take care of themselves without that law is both.
For a wounded man shall say to his assailant,
'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.'
Such is the rule of honour.
Agree with 1st Sept renewal
Membership of most Clubs fall due on a given day each year so why not this Forum Sponsorship
It's a good idea but what happens when someone wants to be a forum sponsor in March....Do they pay in March and then pay again in Sepetember or just change them over for free hoping they pay in September?
It would be a million times easier though....lol
Pro rata or just tough pay up its due again in September in sure you deserve the extra cash for this place
