yes bigger tires will give more clearance, larger rims will give a little more clearance also as the tires don’t bag out as much. a body lift won’t give you any more clearance but may allow you to fit larger tires. you would benefit more from a suspension lift to get more clearance over a body lift.
but legally you can only go a 2"body and a 2" suspension lift
