50 mm or 2 inch lift

G'day folks I have a '98 Gu and am going to get a 2 inch lift kit -- My question is, Is it easy enough to do your self with basic tools or should I just bite the bullet and leave it to the pro's ??

Pricing just affects time frame thats all.

easy enough to do yourself mate half day on the driveway maybe

Simple enough job just remember safety first and use wheel stands and wheel chocks and dont get under the vehicle

Easy to do in the carport with some mates and some tools. As mentioned, safety first.

---- send the minister of finance out for the day
---- fire up the coffee machine
---- And pull the suspension to bits

Fitting would be around the $300-$400 mark for springs and shocks only. And even that's a jip as they have spring compressors that they do up and undo with a rattle gun - makes it bloody quick ...
