AB, can't see the 4.8 petrol engine and with the 4.5 engine it's OHV , so is that the old push rod or is the single overhead cam ? another ? is the 4.8 double overhead cam cheers Alex,

Hi fellows, why does the gu td42 have more power than the GQ one? Also i understand that power and torque varies according to country. Can anybody shed some light on this

The GQ did not come out standard with turbo on the TD42. I think there may have been a hand full that possibly did come factory turbo overseas but very very rare.

No, i meant the na td 42. In some places it says 85 kw and others 91. By the way some Safaris come with turboed td42s and even automatic behind that motor.

The common rain 3.0 puts out 387Nm with a manual. Not sure about the Di 3.0.

I have also seen some places that the common rail ZD30 spits out 127kW, other places say 118kW...

Can anyone shed light on this?
