Turbocharger for my TD42 engine

Good day guys I'm new here and new in the world of 4x4diesel.I always fond of speed by my rig tops only 130km/h. I plan to put a turbocharger but is it possible?If yes what brand and type I can install and where I can get this? Anyway I am base in Philippines.

Thanks bro for the info but I only understand part of what discuss in the thread.I dont even have enough knowledge in turbochargers(like what to check, what to install, and the steps in installing one.).If you so kind that can you give a detailed steps and stuffs to be purchased in installing one.(if you have only time) thanks again.
