Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward.
Whoever cannot take care of themselves without that law is both.

'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.'

there's an old Garfield cartoon, where Garfield says something like 'It's not the having, it's the getting.'
In other words, the journey is important, sometimes more important than the destination - and that is often the case with hunting - it is not all about the kill, for most, anyway, I think.
Looks like you are having plenty of fun with the getting side of things :-)

before anyone jumps on Macca - I've met him, and I reckon he'd have the smoke poles away before the hooligan soup started to flow :-)

you're right lads bang sticks unloaded and bolts removed and locked away before the booze comes out. Don't mind driving full off it though only on private property.
And you don't make friends with salad. A bbq should have 3 or more types of dead things IMHO!

3 dead things eh? Done provided you and I and BigRig are at the BBQ - 3 dead set perfectly honed specimens of ruggedly handsome masculinity :-)

Hi guys seeing as we have a long weekend next month it's time to arrange a forum hunting trip.
Leave on fri the 8th of june come home monday 11th. I have 2 places to camp on in stanthorpe. I will have 2 x 22/250's a mate of mine is looking at going and he has a few rifles so even if you have never shot before you can learn or shoot one of ours. the first 5 members get the go ahead as large numbers with the aim of taking meat would be hard/ unsafe. if you have any other properties or are interested let me know if your property is better than mine then I'm happy to travel 6 hrs any direction from brisbane for a good hunt.
