Question List of spare parts for a trip to The Kimberley... Existing Thread?

    Hi folks.
The big trip is coming up for the 2006 Patrol ST ZD30 auto...

Is there an existing tread/s covering the collections of spare parts 'recommendations' to be carried on a trip to The Kimberley?

    15,000K over 3 months?

    Any/all pointers welcomed.

    Thanks

    spares

    G'day OzzieNorm,

in 2010 I did the Gibb, Kaulumbaru and Mitchell Plateau. I got a service at Argyle Nissan in Kunnunurra and they did a good job. Headed out with two spare shocks, oil and fuel filter, belts, change of Oil and some brake fluid. Took a second spare in the form of a tyre and tube and also had tyre repair gear etc. That was about it. Only problem I had was overheated right rear shock that cooled down and was ok. The track into Mitchell Falls is a killer on shocks. We ended up doing 17,500 k's from Victoria. Your gunna love it. PM me if you are interested in any aspects of The Kimberley as I may be able to assist.

    Mike.
