    I've just inherited a 1986 patrol diesel swb

    I've just inherited a 1986 SWB patrol diesel and do not know if downloading the gq manual will help me out with what i need? wheel bearing has gone and i've never done one before on 4x4's and also what size engine it has

    Welcome mate. You'll want a workshop manual for tyhe MQ/MK (160) not GQ (Y60) and the engine should be an SD33. The front wheel bearings are not that difficult to do but the rears may require a press to get them off and on again. Good luck with it

    Hey hey, Hi and welcome to Nissans Nut House MS, glad to have another early troll owner on board. Where are you? Do you have turbo? Your year model came with many different available options.

    SD33/SD33T, Bar Doors/Tailgte, 4/5spd, 15/16 " wheels, standard/luxury seats, standard/sports steering wheel, spare wheel rack with/without jerry can carry. It may have even come with factory fitted spotties and bullbar.

    Any questions just ask, and if I can I will answer.
