Thought I better make a new thread since I'll have a new Patrol next week!
For those who don't know, I've bought a Troll from a member on these forums and I'm flying up to Brisbane to pick her up and cradle her home in my arms.
I have a busy time ahead of me though. Here's a sneak peak of my weeks ahead;
Feb 17 - Fly to Bris with a mate, have a BBQ and some frothies with Dark1, Bigrig & co off NP forums!
Feb 18 - Start driving home to Melbourne.
Feb 19 - Arrive back home, drool over car for rest of day. Sleep in car.
Feb 20 - Drive to work. Ask AB to make me coffee so I don't have to leave seat. Show AB car and drink coffee for hours.
Feb 21 - Patrol booked into TJM for factory suspension swap to pass road worthy.
Feb 22 - Patrol booked into mechanic for R.W.C
Feb 23 - Sob quietly on the plane as I fly to Sydney with my GF. Looking out of the window and watching a montage of Me and the Troll and our time together so far...
Feb 27 - Call VicRoads, make appointment for registration transfer.
Feb XX - Goto VicRoads and do the paper work. Drive home with a stupid smile.
Feb XX - Back to TJM to get 4" lift put back in, or new 2" kit. Haven't decided.
Mar 01 - DIET! All I've done is stress and eat. Now 5 kg's heavier. An unecessary burden for my new truck to carry, but she will.. and she wont protest. This is how I know she is the one.
There's PLENTY of extras on this truck, but here's a few of the more 'juicy' additions;

- Updated rear tail lights
- Steel Rear Bar
In no particular order or hurry. Although, I'd like to sort out the Intercooler & Boost first.
Planning on keeping this Patrol for many years and look forward to treating it right just as the previous owner did. I'm going to sell the mighty 2.8TD soon after I give her a scrub up and hopefully can use some of that money to spend on the new one!
I'll get more pics next week when I take over the reigns, but for now I'll just attach a few pics of what it looks like now as placeholders!
