It's the box itself running hot as mate - not the engine. And that's with twin oil coolers on the radiator and the standard oil cooler also!!! I'm lost!! lol

im guessing you have got the right oil in the box mate that will cause it to
over heat if not you need a bigger cooler ?or the fans not working as your driving along

No disrespect taken at all champion - I agree with you, hope it's something simple - don't mind pulling it off again, but it's sort of a pretty straight forward swap over?

yes straight forward swap over, I would take it back off and check for broken wires and also check the plugs have gone back in nicely

yes straight forward swap over, I would take it back off and check for broken wires and also check the plugs have gone back in nicely

Checked all that on the way in - fit very neatly, all wiring connected (can't really go wrong there), new heavy duty spring installed in place of old one, etc, etc ...

Frustrating ...
