Re the blood from Tank's duty as an ambulance, I asked a mate who used to supervise cleaners etc in hospitals, and his advice was to wet down with cold water, then some wool wash, blot, and repeat.

The detailer who worked on Silver when we first bought it, and Casper the Camry, got things really wet, and made extensive use of a wet vac.

I have a biggish wet/dry vac if you want to borrow it.

Thanks mate - nothing some bleach and water didn't hammer today ... carpet is decidedly a different colour where I treated, but that bothers me nought! lol

Thanks a million anyway ... only took 6 weeks to clean it properly!!! lmao

About to go for a kip as I've been awake for just on 28 hours straight, but had the new valve body installed yesterday and drove straight to Sydney overnight, but unless there's a way to cock up the install yet everything still works perfectly as it should, then the money I forked out for the valve body was a bit of a waste ... only on for a minute and I'll give greater detail at a later dater, but quite frankly, still runs just as hot, still flares between first and second, still slips in high gears under load from the turbo (overtaking, uphill etc), and worst of all, torque converter now not locking up at all (I didn't install the manual switch - which is optional for towing only by the way), and because of this, I have worn about 29 litres per hundred on the open road on LPG on the trip down as it only dropped into overdrive - had to stop 4 times to refill on a 940klm trip ... painful!!

Very disappointed - hopefully I've done something wrong (which is sort of hard to do and still have it running I guess) so I'm yet to be blown away - right now I'm scratching my head and cursing $1000 not well spent.
