The problem is the mouse won't move at all and the keyboard won't work, either. I've turned the lappy off, waited a bit then turned it back on, and still nothing. I don't have a mouse with a cord. Missus is taking it back next week. Now my new phone won't hold the call register. This will be the 4th new phone in about 15months and if they replace the lappy....the 3rd. It's a min 300k round trip!
