Manufacturers usually set three speedos to read higher than what you're actually doin..... Eg speedos reads 100, but gps may show that you are really only doing 96.
So by sticking on larger circumference tyres it will bring your speedo reading into line, or in some cases make it higher.... Eg speedo reads 100 but ur actually doing 106.
