    4x4 Training

    Hi Guys,
I am completely new to 4x4, can anyone suggest a good 'Training Course'?. I have tried most forms of driving - Rallying, Racing etc., but never 4x4. I have just purchased a 3ltre diesel manual Patrol and want to learn how to use it. Any advice?.

    Cheers

I'm not sure of an exact course over in WA but the Western Patrol Club over there are a friendly bunch and would be a great club to join and go on some outings Barry.

One of the members will no doubt see this post and let you know all about it soon mate.

I don't know of any training courses as such in WA but my best suggestion here would be to join a reputable 4x4 club.

There is a wealth of collective knowledge on 4x4ing safety & driving skills for you to tap into & generally they are more than happy to pass that knowledge on.

    Barry.

I used to work with this guy. Don't know anything about his business, or how it runs (except for what I've read on his web page). But in the time I knew him, he knows his stuff.

There's a couple more but I can't seem to download their websites.

Just google 'driver training in wa', and see what you can come up with.

    Hope this helps

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
